CAREERS FACEBOOK APP

This project was a web application I designed in order to promote Rochester Regional Health to potential employees. The goal was to provide a tool directly on our Facebook page, making it easily accessible to the public, which would provide brief summaries of the different positions and areas of work employed by the health system. Another goal for the project was to provide a form to collect information from users interested in a follow-up. This info is sent directly to the recruitment team to act accordingly and also to track the success of the application.

For the layout of the app, I wanted to do something to condense the information from the viewer initially as to not overload them with content. To do this I decided to use flip boxes to represent the different positions highlighted by the application. The boxes display imagery and a job title on the front and reveal summaries for the respective jobs upon mouse over. These boxes are also used at the bottom of the app to contain information about living in Rochester and working for the health system.
