Here's another website I designed working at InHouse Design. The St. Peter's Community Arts Academy is a school in Geneva, New York, that offers classes to students of all ages in a variety of musical and arts-based subjects.

The main problem to solve with this site, was to create a system for parents to register their children for classes at the school, and for current students to be able to access class times and information. This was achieved by using the FoxyCart plugin to simulate the classes as "products." The site essentially functions as an ecommerce site, where students or parents can pick and choose their classes by adding them to their cart, and then pay for their registration directly online.

The other main function of the site is the Calendar page, which uses filters so students can easily view their class and event times by subject.

The visual goal for this site was to create an atmospheric or poster-esque feel. I used different transparencies over a revolving background to highlight some of the school's performances.
